Job Description

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for executive support? Our client, a leading player in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to their CEO.

This role requires a highly adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. You will act as the CEOs right hand, ensuring seamless coordination of daily operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex and dynamic calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation.

  • Coordinate high-level meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled efficiently.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.

  • Assist with both business and personal tasks as needed to ensure the CEOs productivity and focus.

  • Work closely with the executive team to support business operations and project execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting CEO-Level personnel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other productivity tools.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.

  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Flexibility to work long hours, often until 20:00, as required by the CEOs demanding schedule.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
