Job Description
Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a Personal Assistant for their client in Sandton. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and the efficient management of tasks and activities for the team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- General administration
- Filing documents
- Managing stationery supplies
- Booking flights
- Writing meeting minutes
- Capturing delivery notes
- Keeping the kitchen stocked with essentials (e.g., milk)
- Arranging meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Computer literate
- Grade 12
- Neat and Tidy
- excellent organisational abilitie
