Job Description

KPA’s: Provide leadership and direction in the management of the Production, Logistics, Process Engineering, Project Management and Quality Control, including maintenance to ensure customer requirements are efficiently achieved. Responsible for the maintenance and measurement of the company SHERQ Management system. Develop and implement strategic plan initiatives for Operations. To manage all project plans for production expansion and process changes. Lead and maintain the effective people development and leadership process within Operations and to create a safe working culture. Determine and approve five-year and short term budget expenditure and capital expenditure requirements in operations and site services to ensure effective financial control. Set aligned operational goals and targets and optimise resources and processes within operations to achieve and improve targets and goals. Maintain the overall site appearance and security to improve its safety and visual while adhering to the relevant OHS and environmental legislation.
