• Knowledge of South Africa, Southern, and East Africa preferred

• Willingness to assist, learn, and grow within the role

• Understanding of travel industry channels and business strategy

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively

• Proficiency in Tourplan, Microsoft systems, and WETU

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of urgency

• Self-motivated with diligence to meet deadlines

• Driven by motivation rather than targets
