About the Role
We’re seeking a Relief Travel Specialist to join our team in Sandton. As a vital thread in our itineraries, you’ll ensure seamless experiences for our guests while working closely with Sales, Agents, Suppliers, and the environment. With adaptability, empathy, strategy, and storytelling skills, you’ll make a meaningful impact on unforgettable travel moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up desks like puzzle pieces and make them whole to support consultants and agents in times of need
- Plan dreamy itineraries with calm precision while working under peak-season chaos
- Chase dead leads back to life and step into challenging situations with confidence
- Collaborate with the Sales team, Agents, Suppliers, and the environment to drive success
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in inbound travel (Tourplan, WETU, and Excel)
- Admin-driven skills with a focus on guest delight
- Ability to share knowledge and show up when it matters most
