An established interior solutions company based in Bryanston, Gauteng is seeking a Senior Sales and Design Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to bring clients kitchen, bathroom, and interior visions to life while driving strong sales performance and managing high-quality design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences
• Present and refine concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools
• Provide expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options
• Manage full project lifecyclefrom consultation through to installation and hand-over
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and design role, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and team-focused
• Experience with Winner Design or similar 3D design software (advantageous)
• Project management experience (preferred)
