About the Role
Our client has a Systems Support NQF 5 Learnership for People living with disability. This opportunity is aimed at equipping talented individuals to support our organization’s IT systems and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for systems and hardware
- Assist users with software applications and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and issues
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex problems
Requirements
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT, completing last year of studies requiring workplace experience
- No more than 2 years working experience
- Be a South African citizen by birth
- Between the ages of 18 – 35
- Must not be employed or studying full time
- Computer Literate (MS Office)
- Fully proficient in English
