About the Role
The Yes4Youth Programme Touring Support Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations for the &Beyond tour programmes, working closely with consultants, managers, and suppliers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconfirm consultant files with suppliers by sending reconfirmations and vouchers
- Ensure what has been confirmed to the agent matches the confirmation sent to suppliers and what has been booked in Tourplan
- Check Tourplan against GIS and flight details to ensure accuracy
- Verify pick up and drop off details, allocations, and all services booked correctly
- Create, assemble, and print documentation for the travel wallet
- Plan daily logistics regarding delivery of Travel Wallet to operational bases
- Communicate effectively with Consultants and Managers regarding required documentation and reconfirming bookings
- Maintain constant, consistent, and clear communication with reservations teams and suppliers
- Uphold &Beyond’s values of Care of the people, Care of land, and Care of wildlife
Requirements
- Tourism/Travel-related qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Understanding of a reservations environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of Tourplan or other reservations systems is advantageous
