About the Role

As a Systems Engineer at Communicate Finance, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in assessing their operational requirements and designing suitable technical solutions. You will be responsible for performing installations, configuring devices, testing systems, and providing technical support during system deployment and ongoing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in assessing operational requirements and support the design of suitable technical solutions
• Perform installations of tracking, monitoring, and telemetry equipment at client sites
• Configure devices, test installations, and ensure systems are operating correctly and transmitting accurate data
• Diagnose system faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement technical solutions
• Provide technical support during system deployment and ongoing system operation
• Contribute to system development, integration, or hardware testing depending on technical skills and project requirements

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Solid understanding of electronics and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently while managing field-based technical tasks
• Good communication skills when working with clients and technical teams
• Exposure to telematics, fleet tracking systems, or monitoring technologies is advantageous
• Experience with Python programming, embedded systems, or backend systems is beneficial

Qualifications

• BTech / BEng / BSc in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to travel to farms and agricultural operations when required
