As a Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction operations at various sites. We are looking for a highly organized individual with a strong background in the field. Your leadership skills, extensive experience, and ability to make quick decisions are essential to ensure project success and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prioritize tasks
• Create schedules and ensure crew attendance
• Allocate responsibilities and supervise workers
• Ensure adequate resources and safety precautions
• Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
• Monitor budget and resolve issues
• Report progress to managers and stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman
• Deep knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Effective communication and reporting skills
• Mathematical aptitude
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Physical fitness and stamina
• High school diploma or skilled trade diploma (e.g. electrician, carpenter)
