About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our team in Somerset West on a short-term basis. As an Insurance Administrator, you will be responsible for providing quotations, processing applications, handling claims, and assisting with compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotations to clients
  • Process insurance applications
  • Handle claims and assist with their resolution
  • Assist with compliance requirements
  • Communicate with clients and insurers regarding policy details

Requirements

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Short-Term insurance administration
  • Knowledge of FAIS and FICA regulations and other compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
