About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Retail Sales Consultant to join our client’s showroom in Somerset West, Western Cape. As a results-driven individual with a strong sales background and excellent customer service skills, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience from consultation to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in clients in the showroom, offering expert advice on tiles, taps, sanitaryware, and related products
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and professional experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards
- Assist customers in visualising design concepts and product choices to suit their space and style preferences
- Contribute to maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom, ensuring displays, pricing, and promotional materials are up to date and visually appealing
- Collaborate with the broader showroom team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Provide after-sales support and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably within retail or customer service
- Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed set sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail, able to multitask, great with maths and quotation preparation
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary on initial contract followed by a permanent appointment with full benefits and profit share. Salary negotiable around R16 000pm.
