Qualifications 

  • Matric 

Duties / Requirements 

  • Primary job is receptionist: this requires good telephone manner and a good command of the English and Afrikaans language.
  • Responsible for daily inward and outward tracking and updates on Container World computer system.
  • Checking and coding of creditors invoices.
  • Receive general office mail and process the mail accordingly.
  • Able to email, create and maintain office scheduling, work on spreadsheets to assist in the administration of the branch.
  • Process the re-allocation of costs for containers cabotaged/moved to other branches across Southern Africa.
  • Be able to prepare the required reports as requested by the branch staff.
  • Assist with filing and general clerical work.
  • Maintain staff confidentiality.
  • Liaise with branch representatives on an ongoing basis.
  • Credit applications – capturing new accounts.
  • Check CWD storage and handling costs
  • CIR coding and capturing
