KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a small on-site team (2 members) to ensure efficient workflow Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance in new builds and construction projects Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to safety and compliance regulations Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Communicate effectively with clients, site managers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met REQUIREMENTS : Must hold a recognized Plumbing Qualification / Trade Test Certificate Proven experience in new builds and construction plumbing projects Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities Reliable, professional, and able to work independently on-site Ability to lead and manage a small team efficiently Valid drivers license *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
