About the Role

A leading company in the renewable energy sector is seeking an experienced Support Services Manager to join their senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating seamless internal support environments and a proven track record of managing diverse internal functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of internal support professionals across various functions.
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of all internal support services.
Collaborate with departmental heads to align services with company objectives.
Manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop internal policies and procedures to support ISO and ESG compliance.
Ensure smooth coordination across teams including Project Design, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in senior leadership, ideally in renewable energy, engineering, or construction.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven ability to manage diverse internal functions from HR and IT to legal and infrastructure.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle HCM, and MS Project is a plus.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
