About the Role
We are seeking an AI-Enabled Full Stack Software Developer with a strong product mindset to join our fast-growing international consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will shape AI-first products from concept to production, driving delivery across the full stack and influencing both what is built and how it is built.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship software across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure
- Translate product intent into technical specifications, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
- Break down ambiguous ideas into actionable development work
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to prioritise and sequence work
- Own delivery standards across development, staging, and production environments
- Apply AI tools and APIs (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to enhance product functionality and workflows
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term product strategy
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a full-stack software developer
- Hands-on experience using AI tools or APIs in products or development workflows
- Strong product mindset with the ability to think beyond technical tasks
- Comfortable writing technical specs, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous ideas and drive delivery
- Solid knowledge of modern web stacks, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, staging workflows, and production deployment
