About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our established Hotel & Resort Group in Mozambique Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial portfolio, including cash and bank management, revenue and debtors, suppliers and creditors, international payments, salaries and wages, stock reporting, and month-end reconciliations and statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the financial portfolio, including cash and bank management
- Oversee revenue and debtors
- Coordinate with suppliers and creditors
- Process international payments
- Administer salaries and wages
- Maintain accurate stock reporting
- Prepare month-end reconciliations and statements
Requirements
- Relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in financial management software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (if applicable)
