About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our fine-dining team at a stylish 4-star hotel in Dubai Marina. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hospitality environment and grow within a dynamic, multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences in Michelin-star and fine-dining settings
- Supervise and train staff to maintain service excellence
- Monitor quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Assist in managing budgets, schedules, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management to achieve performance goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury restaurants or fine-dining preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Willingness to relocate and work in Dubai
