About the Role
Efficiency Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of coffee preparation, and experience working with coffee machines, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks, and teas.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other coffee preparation equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
