About the Role
Join our Finance team to ensure efficient financial reporting and smooth daily operations of the office and household facilities. As Bookkeeper & Office Administrator Supervisor, you will support stakeholders with timely reports, manage facilities, and oversee housekeeping staff.

- Office & Household Facilities: Oversee housekeeping, garden maintenance, and coordinate with service staff
- Stock Control: Manage groceries, stationery, crockery, cutlery, and liquor stock; conduct regular spot checks and annual audits
- Event Support: Ensure proper table preparation and setup
- Procurement: Support best practices with reception and track costs
- Pool Car Management: Administer vehicle licensing, service dates, and fines
- Data Analysis: Investigate and analyze variances; generate monthly reports
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and assist Director as a FAIS Key Individual
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bookkeeping Diploma or similar (advantageous)
- 3+ years experience in Bookkeeping or a similar role
- Computer literacy: MS Excel, Pastel, CIMS3/Cardinal 360
- Afrikaans & English (First Language Essential)
