Bookkeeper / Stock Controller / Systems Manager Location: Zambia Property Type: Luxury River Lodge Salary: USD 2,000 – USD 2,200 (Negotiable DOE) Accommodation: Live-in (private bedroom & bathroom, shared lounge & kitchen) Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Stock Controller / Systems Manager for a luxury river lodge based in Zambia. Key Responsibilities: Manage all bookkeeping functions including financial data entry, reconciliations, and reporting Oversee stock control processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency Manage systems and ensure their ongoing optimisation and functionality Provide support in the day-to-day operations relating to finance, stock, and administration Collaborate closely with housekeeping and operational departments Requirements: A relevant tertiary qualification (3-year Bookkeeping Diploma or BCom degree preferred) Proven experience in bookkeeping, stock management, and systems coordination Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to live and work in a remote lodge environment Flexible and hands-on approach to operational support Package Includes: Competitive USD salary (negotiable based on experience) Live-in accommodation: private bedroom and bathroom, shared lounge and kitchen with Head Chef Meals and medical support provided Your private area can be secured and locked off from the shared space If you are a proactive and motivated individual with a strong financial and systems background looking to be part of a world-class team in a remote and beautiful setting, this could be the perfect role for you.
