Job Summary
You will provide full administrative support to the Branch Manager and team. You will be responsible for maintaining client database, scheduling of appointments, handling phone calls and emails, assisting with marketing and client events.
Duties:
Update CRM database Create Excel spreadsheets for customer and supplier accounts Order grocery items Liaising with suppliers Filing – hard copy and electronic Process daily sales and stock-take items Process and upload invoices Raise purchase orders Manage telephone Assist and welcome customers/visitors / clients Maintain frontline etiquette Ensure customer queries and, or complaints are attended to speedily and efficiently Arrange events for birthdays, staff gatherings, catering needs General assistant to team, Management and visitors
Requirements:
Matric – relevant diploma / experience Minimum 3 years working experience in similar role Excellent communication skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of confidentiality Excellent customer care skills This role is exciting as it offers growth and development for the right person.
