Job Summary
Branch Manager Exciting Leadership Opportunity
Are you an energetic, results-driven professional ready to take on a leadership challenge? Were looking for a talented individual to lead and inspire our team at our Velddrif branch.

- Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving branch sales to meet targets.
- Manage stock control and movement, distribution, logistics, and general branch administration.
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to embody our company values and behaviors, ensuring performance and training needs are met.
- Safeguard cash, branch assets, and maintain a safe working environment in line with OHS standards.
- Oversee building and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategies that boost productivity and sales performance, aligning with organizational goals.
- Build a strong local presence and network to enhance our brand reputation.
- Uphold high ethical standards, implementing and maintaining all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in sales
- A relevant qualification in Business Management (certificate, degree, or equivalent).
- At least five years of proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and business communication tools (MS Office, Excel, MS Teams, Zoom).
- A valid drivers license and a clear criminal record.
