The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling tube bundles exceeding 20 tons , working safely with cranes, rigging teams, and mechanical fitters during plant maintenance, shutdowns, and turnaround projects. Key Responsibilities: Perform tube bundle pulling and installation for heat exchangers and process equipment (20 tons). Work closely with rigging and crane teams to ensure safe lifting and alignment. Conduct visual inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues. Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental standards . Assist mechanical fitters during shutdown and maintenance operations . Maintain equipment, rigging tools, and work areas in proper condition. Follow all site-specific safety protocols and permit-to-work procedures. Requirements: Minimum 23 years of experience as a Bundle Puller or in a similar mechanical role. Proven ability to handle tube bundles of 20 tons or more . Experience working with cranes and rigging crews . Valid Rigging or Safety Certificate (advantageous). Strong understanding of plant shutdown operations and safety compliance . Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.
