Change Manager CAB
Location: Zimbabwe

About the Role
Youll oversee the change management function across all IT systems and infrastructure. Your role includes strategy development, CAB governance, risk assessments, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement all to ensure seamless transitions and business continuity.
What Youll Do

Develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects

Lead CAB meetings and manage the full change control process

Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder impact analysis

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
-
Manage vendor relationships and change implementation timelines
-
Track success rates and continuously improve change processes
-
Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors for smooth execution

Report on progress, risks, and performance metrics
What You Bring
-
Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
-
CCMP certification (ITIL and PMP also preferred)
-
57 years experience in change or IT service delivery (financial services advantageous)
-
Strong stakeholder management, governance, and compliance skills
-
Proven ability to drive change across complex IT environments
-
Analytical thinker with strong communication and leadership ability
