Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies for IT projects
- Lead CAB meetings and manage the full change control process
- Conduct risk assessments and stakeholder impact analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Manage vendor relationships and change implementation timelines
- Track success rates and continuously improve change processes
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and vendors for smooth execution
- Report on progress, risks, and performance metrics
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- CCMP certification (ITIL and PMP also preferred)
- 57 years experience in change or IT service delivery (financial services advantageous)
- Strong stakeholder management, governance, and compliance skills
- Proven ability to drive change across complex IT environments
- Analytical thinker with strong communication and leadership ability

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
