This is an incredible opportunity for a culinary professional eager to grow within a world-class kitchen team while surrounded by the beauty of the African bush. ? Key Responsibilities: ? Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and creativity across all menus ? Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain culinary excellence and innovation ? Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times ? Support with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation ? Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen environment ? Requirements: Formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience Previous experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or fine dining establishment Strong attention to detail with a passion for plating and presentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure A love for nature and willingness to live in a remote bush environment ?
