What youll do
- Analyse trending content across platforms and identify what makes it work.
- Develop and execute strategies to replicate and adapt those patterns for different audiences and niches.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test, iterate and optimise content for maximum reach.
- Track and report on organic growth, audience engagement and trend performance.
- Stay plugged into online culture from memes to viral videos and use that insight to drive explosive growth.
What you need
- Proven experience growing social channels or brands organically.
- A deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
- Strong analytical instincts you can dissect why something works and recreate the magic.
