Define and implement country-specific strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth. Lead engagements with regulatory bodies, central banks, and key financial institutions. Monitor competitive landscapes and adapt strategies to protect existing business while seizing new opportunities. Represent the organization in public forums, shaping perceptions and fostering trust. Oversee financial performance, forecasting, and budgeting to align with business objectives. What Were Looking For: Experience : 12 years in payments, banking, financial services, fintech, or related sectors. Education : Bachelors degree or equivalent. Skills : Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, client management, and market analysis.
