This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in South Africa.
Clients operate across the US, Australia, and Ireland, so comfortable working across time zones is essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
– Has proven experience in BPM or process-driven SaaS environments
– Has a strong remote work track record with measurable client outcomes
– Can manage onboarding, adoption, renewals, and escalations end-to-end
– Communicates with clarity, confidence, and excellent written and verbal English
