What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll design, build, and optimize the powerful data infrastructure that fuels our analytics, machine learning, and decision-making systems.
You’ll collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance data solutions that keep our business ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Platform Lead
• Advanced proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Composer)
• Strong coding skills in Python, SQL, and Java or PHP
• Expertise in data modelling, schema design, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as Gemini (advantageous)
• Experience managing complex data workflows and ensuring data security
• Skilled in cloud cost optimisation and scalable architecture design
• Excellent communication skills and high professional accountability
• Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or performance media
• Proven success in building or scaling a proprietary DMP/CDP from scratch
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Meta Conversions API, or Google Analytics
• GCP Professional Data Engineer Certification

Bonus Skills

• Shell scripting, Perl, Python, and a higher programming language (Java/.NET)
• Experience with ITIL, DevOps, and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub Actions)
• Strong Git skills (Linux/Unix & Windows)
• Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication
• Resilience under pressure, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently
• Agile, flexible, and a true team player
