Job Description
Minimum Requirements
– Diploma or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing
– Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role
– Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
– Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta platforms
– Proficiency across major social media platforms
– Strong content creation and copywriting skills
– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
– Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
– Willingness to travel locally for content creation when required
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
– Work closely with developers to implement website updates and improvements
– Monitor website performance, usability and functionality
– Identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless user experience
Content Creation & Management
– Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media and email campaigns
– Capture and curate high-quality content for marketing use
– Maintain and organise digital media libraries (photo and video assets)
– Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
– Collaborate with designers to produce visually aligned brand content
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
– Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
– Monitor website traffic and engagement using analytics tools
– Provide insights to improve content performance and user experience
– Manage and optimise SEO spend to ensure effective targeting
Social Media Management
– Create, schedule and publish content across social platforms
– Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally
– Ensure consistency in brand tone and messaging across all channels
Online Advertising
– Assist in planning and executing paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)
– Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximise ROI
General Marketing Support
– Support the broader marketing team with campaigns and projects as needed
– Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and digital engagement
