Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining
- Lead, develop, and support a diverse F&B team to consistently deliver excellent service
- Drive revenue growth through effective planning, marketing initiatives, and cost control
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Collaborate with senior management to improve guest satisfaction and operational outcomes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years’ F&B management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a five-star hotel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid understanding of dining standards, menu planning, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage budgets and improve profitability
- Fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage
