About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimations Manager to join our team, responsible for managing business operations from quotation preparation to project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and retail fit-out, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business from preparing quotations to project completion
- Implement and maintain sales and project management systems
- Coordinate CRM, factory, and delivery processes
- Confirm site readiness and subcontractor coordination
- Conduct commissioning and snagging activities
- Create quotations from RFQs and drawings for shelving systems, kits, and buy-out items
- Ensure pricing accuracy, margin control, and compliance with company standards
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Operations to support successful project delivery
- Maintain and improve pricing templates, product codes, and estimating processes
- Manage on-time delivery of Sales Packs to the factory
- Manage inventory and stock holding of shelving components
- Order components from suppliers and handle returns of extras and leftovers
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to support key clients and maximise revenue
- Track project risks, timelines, and budgets
- Provide regular status reports to senior management
- Oversee quality assurance for shelving installations
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications (degree)
- Supply Chain 5 years related experience (retail fit-out, shopfitting, warehouse racking)
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills for quoting, inventory tracking, and reporting
