About the Role
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to become a vital part of their dynamic team, led by an experienced management group. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the administrative function within the organization, working closely with senior executives and contributing to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete administrative function from start to finish, ensuring seamless operations within the company.
- Set clear deadlines while actively contributing to daily tasks.
- Work in a medium-sized business environment that encourages agility, making decisions that have a direct impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with the CEO on managing daily meetings and high-level strategic initiatives.
- Connect with individuals across all levels of the organization, from senior executives to support staff.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics, while managing company properties, including Airbnb and aircraft company office.
- Think creatively and deliver impactful solutions, even under tight deadlines.
- Approach each task, big or small, with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant.
- A proactive and self-starting attitude with a knack for managing various business aspects.
- Excellent communication skills and a love for working with diverse teams.
- A problem-solver who enjoys thinking outside the box.
- Demonstrated flexibility in working hours, with most days typically falling within 08h00 to 17h00.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups of companies across various sectors.
