• Matric certification
• Degree/Diploma
• Previous experience in sales
• Building, ceiling, and plaster knowledge will be advantageous.
• Willing to travel long distances and Computer literate.
• Must have own reliable transport   
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the building and construction sector
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients (contractors, developers, builders, hardware stores, architects)
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to promote products and services
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and closing of sales deals
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Coordinate with internal departments (dispatch, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Manage customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM systems
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Regional-based sales
• Key account management
• Travelling to each customer on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
• Product knowledge.
• Technical advice on both plaster and ceiling/drywall installation.
