Location: Zanzibar, Tanzania What Youll Be Doing: As the F&B Manager ; youll be the heartbeat of our guest experienceensuring excellence across all Food & Beverage operations while championing sustainability and team well-being. You will: Oversee and lead all daily F&B operations, ensuring excellence in quality, hygiene, and presentation. Engage personally with guests, gather feedback, and exceed expectations. Lead sustainability and conservation initiatives, including management of the Green Team. Take charge of Duty Management responsibilities. Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special occasions. Manage F&B-related budgets and daily operational orders efficiently. Drive a positive staff culture and coordinate staff delight initiatives. Participate in lodge management meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Collaborate with marketing on social media and PR content. Ensure consistent property maintenance, cleanliness, and visual styling of guest and staff areas. Foster cross-departmental communication and teamwork. What Were Looking For: Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management (experience counts just as much!) 34 years in a similar F&B or lodge management role. Proficient with computer systems and lodge management software. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach and strong leadership skills. A true passion for guest service, sustainability, and team development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
