Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that meet the needs of guests and drive revenue for the hotel Create and execute effective menus that reflect the hotel`s brand and meet the expectations of guests Manage and lead the food and beverage team to ensure efficient and effective operations Monitor and manage food and beverage costs, including inventory and pricing Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Work closely with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and revenue generation Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food and Beverage Manager currently or previously within the HILTON BRAND. Bachelor`s degree in Hospitality Management or related field Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and costs effectively Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with team members and external partners Knowledge of food and beverage trends and industry best practices Fluent in English and to secure in French. The country is French speaking.
