Job Description

🎯 Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Minimum 35 years experience in a Food & Beverage management role Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment 💼 Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills Solid understanding of food, wine, and beverage service Strong financial and cost-control knowledge Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 🌿 Personal Attributes Passion for hospitality and guest service Hands-on and detail-oriented Professional, well-presented, and approachable Strong decision-making ability Flexible and adaptable 🕒 Working Conditions Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays Live-in position may be required (for lodges) High-pressure environment during peak service periods
