About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Ambassador to join our esteemed organization. As a Food & Beverage Ambassador, you will provide exceptional dining service across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining, ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional dining service across restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining
- Assists guests with menu selections, dietary requirements, and service preferences while ensuring efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service
- Maintains cleanliness, service standards, and contributes to a welcoming dining atmosphere
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous experience in luxury hotel / fine dining settings
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is essential, with other languages being a bonus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with booking systems
Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12 Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED3K / USD800.00 commission & service charge, along with other benefits provided:
