About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Ambassador to join our team at Craven Cottage CC. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking and confirming reservations via phone, email, or online systems.
- Providing information, answering questions, and addressing guest preferences for a memorable experience.
- Liaising with F&B, kitchen, and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
- Processing cancellations, modifications, and handling guest requests accurately.
- Hosting guests.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management
- Previous roles in reservations or luxury/fine dining settings
- At least 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a bonus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work with booking systems
