What youll be doing: Leading all front-of-house operations, from check-ins to guest billing and admin Managing stock control and ordering via Tall Order Handling guest billing through Benson PMS Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Supporting management with daily reporting and lodge coordination What theyre looking for: Previous experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience with Tall Order and Benson PMS advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Valid drivers licence and own transport Professional; committed, and guest-focused attitude ?
