About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Duty Manager (Ee) to join our 4-star hotel property in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Supervise and train junior staff members
- Process guest reservations, payments, and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Property Management Systems
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve hotel goals
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience as FO Duty Manager or Senior Receptionist in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems and Microsoft Office
- Sound knowledge of hotel operations, reservations, revenue management, and guest services
Qualifications
No formal education/certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
R18 000 per annum.
