Front Office Manager | Boutique| Umhlanga Rocks A five star boutique hotel, which has been operational for 23 years, is looking for the services of a highly experienced Front Office Manager to join our amazing team. We believe that this position is most suitable to a more mature individual who has extensive experience in a busy hospitality environment. Responsibilities To oversee and manage all front office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service and attention to detail. Implement and uphold front office policies, procedures, and service standards. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Requirements a) Minimum of 5 years experience in a busy hotel enviroment. b) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. c) Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. d) Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining service excellence. Package: Salary is negotiable depending on experience. This is a live out position.
