This role is ideal for a professional couple with extensive hospitality management experience who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and overseeing all aspects of lodge operations. Role Overview The General Manager Couple will jointly oversee the full operations of the game reserve, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth operational management, and the development and leadership of all lodge teams. The role combines strategic planning, financial management, guest relations, and operational excellence in a remote and exclusive lodge environment.
