Head Chef Food & Beverage Consultancy | Cape Town & Stellenbosch Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join a leading Food & Beverage Consultancy operating across Cape Town and Stellenbosch. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven culinary professional to lead multiple projects while delivering exceptional culinary experiences for high-end and luxury clients. Head Chef Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-end or luxury hospitality environment Extensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and menu development Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative and innovative approach to menu design and culinary trends Flexibility to work across multiple locations and projects Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Head Chef Responsibilities: Oversee and manage culinary operations across client projects Develop and implement menus that meet client expectations and industry standards Lead; mentor, and manage kitchen teams to deliver excellence Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations Maintain strict quality control and consistency across all culinary outputs Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored culinary solutions Monitor kitchen budgets, costs, and resource management Drive innovation and maintain high levels of creativity and presentation in all dishes Package: Salary: R30,000 R40,000 per month (negotiable depending on experience) Flexible working arrangements across Cape Town and Stellenbosch To Apply: Please send your updated CV, reference letters, and qualifications today Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates who meet the listed requirements will be contacted.
