Requirements Culinary Diploma (minimum) 2 years senior chef (head/Exec) in an ultra-lux 5star environment (lodge/resort) International (African continent) experience would be very beneficial Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong leadership and teamwork. Creative, motivated, guest‑focused, organised, and computer literate. Passionate about food and guest experience. Approachable, energetic, disciplined, and professional in appearance. Key Responsibilities Maintain high food quality, presentation, hygiene, and kitchen standards. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff. Handle admin: schedules, staff files, hygiene compliance. Manage budgets, stock control, ordering, and equipment maintenance. Create seasonal, dietary‑appropriate menus. Support sustainability and waste‑reduction goals. Build strong guest relationships; understand dietary needs. Communicate effectively with chefs, management, suppliers, and guests.
