About the Role
The Senior System Engineer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality systems that meet stakeholder needs, ensuring verified performance and quality through effective system integration and verification. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in executing system design efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing requirements engineering to ensure delivered systems meet stakeholder needs
- Defining, analyzing, and managing requirements
- Establishing and maintaining traceability
- Developing system and sub-system design-to-specifications
- Delivering systems with verified performance and quality through system integration and verification
- Implementing ICDs, physically assembling items, preparing and executing Verification Plans, Test instructions, ATPs & QTPs
- Compiling ATRs & QTRs and establishing baselines
- Executing and leading system design efforts by executing functional & physical architecting, analysis and synthesis
- Identifying and creating ICDs, performance analysis, FMECA, implementing safety in design
- Providing operational support (field engineering) to ensure delivered systems continue to operate and deliver expected performance
- Performing root cause analysis and problem solving
- Managing baseline changes to the PBS in ALIM
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Tech (Eng) with 13 years of relevant experience
- B.Eng/B.Sc (Eng) with 9 years of relevant experience
- M.Eng with 7 years of relevant experience
- PhD/D.Eng with 5 years of relevant experience
- Must meet the requirements for registration with ECSA as PrEng/PrEng Tech

- Formal education/certifications: B.Tech (Eng), B.Eng/B.Sc (Eng), M.Eng, PhD/D.Eng
