A leading and well-established organization operating in Tanzania is seeking to appoint a Head of Business as part of a confidential executive search. This senior leadership role will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, driving commercial performance, and overseeing overall business operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading growth, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable results.
