- Holds a relevant trade qualification with 5–10 years of experience
- Demonstrates proven expertise in operating Horizontal Boring for pressure parts and Vertical Drilling Machines for Headers, as well as Radial Arm Drilling Machine, Lathes, and Milling machines
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings with precision
- Skilled in selecting appropriate cutting tools and setting up machinery to achieve tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes
- Experienced in working with exotic, high-temperature, and pressure-resistant materials
- Capable of undertaking general machining tasks to support workshop maintenance when needed
