About the Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and operational support to the company in Rwanda, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives. This role drives employee engagement, compliance, and service culture while delivering efficient HR operations and fostering a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor and operational HR partner to the company in Rwanda, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives.
- Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs, operational challenges, and service delivery requirements, providing guidance on manpower planning, workforce optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, compliance requirements, and performance management processes.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and data insights for senior management decision-making.
- Drive HR modernization initiatives, including employee engagement, service culture enhancement, employer branding, and workforce planning, ensuring timely and consistent execution across departments.
- Represent the HR Manager when delegated, ensuring seamless and continuous HR support.
