About the Role
The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of human resources, with a focus on ensuring effective management and compliance within the organisation. This includes partnering with executives, senior management, and managers to address employee relation issues, develop policies, and coordinate human resource activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner and advise Executives, Senior Management, and Managers on employee relation issues, disciplinary procedures, staffing, organisation structure, compensation, investigations, terminations, compliance, and training.
- Develop policies and direct co-ordination of human resource activities such as employment, compensation, labour relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
- Ensure effective management of Payroll processes.
- Interact with all members of the organisation to address HR-related queries and concerns.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources and Labour Law
- Minimum 10 years of HR Management experience
- CCMA representation required
- Proficiency in SAGE 300 People
Qualifications
- Formal education in Human Resources and/or related field (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
